c. Professional services $50,000.00 or more, per LNMC 3-6-8(c): City Council approval is required, prior to contract execution, for professional services contracts equal to $50,000.00 or greater. d. Professional services contracts are subject to the cumulative purchase threshold policy described above in Section 5 (c), with the exception of professional services that will be paid for by a developer. 9. Maintenance and Repairs POs shall not be utilized for the purchase of maintenance or repair services. The requesting department shall issue a contract with contractors providing any maintenance and/or repair of City facilities.
