CITY OF LAGUNA NIGUEL MANAGEMENT’S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS JUNE 30, 2024 NEXT YEAR’S BUDGET The FY 2024-2025 adopted General Fund budget includes revenues of $55.3 million, operating expenditures of $52.8 million, and Transfers Out of $2.3 million. The budget includes approximately $10.1 million from a variety of funding sources for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP for FY 2024-2025 includes improvements to the City streets, playgrounds, parks, senior center, city hall, and technology infrastructure.
